AwardGuard is a product of Mixma AI (ABN 53 626 495 648). By using awardguard.mixma.ai you agree to these terms.
What AwardGuard does
AwardGuard compares the pay rates you enter against the current adult base minimums published in the Fair Work Commission Modern Award Pay Database, and identifies items to review before payroll. Version 1 covers adult base rates for five awards. Casual loading, penalty rates, and junior or apprentice percentages are not included.

AwardGuard provides general information only. It is not workplace relations or legal advice, and it does not determine whether you meet your obligations. The applicable modern award always prevails over anything shown here. For authoritative guidance contact the Fair Work Ombudsman or a qualified adviser. You are responsible for the rates you pay.
Accuracy of data
Figures are retrieved from the official Fair Work Commission source and shown with their effective dates and clause references. We work to keep results current, but we cannot promise the source is always available or that every figure is free of error. Always verify against the cited clause before acting.
Your account
- You must provide a valid email address to hold an account.
- You are responsible for what is entered under your account.
- The free plan is limited to 1 workplace and 3 saved roles.
Subscriptions and refunds
- Pro is $29 per month (AUD, including GST), billed by Stripe.
- You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.
- If something is broken on our side, email hello@mixma.ai and we will make it right, including refunds where appropriate. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, and subject to any rights that cannot be excluded, Mixma AI is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of AwardGuard, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for decisions you make about the wages you pay; the service identifies items to review, it does not make payroll decisions.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to disrupt the service, scrape it at abusive volume, or resell access without our written agreement.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves. We will update the date above, and material changes will be flagged to account holders by email. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
